REFUND/ RETURN POLICY

We at Thread for your Head believe we can help our customers as much as possible and hence have a liberal cancellation/refund policy.

Thread for your head believes in & we can helping its customers as far as possible, and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy.

How do I cancel an order on Thread for your head?

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

For outright cancellations by you:

– If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:

– If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product or wrong product has been received.

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.

Return Policy

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 9833232271 or email us at info @Threadforyourhead@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure the product is in unused condition

If there is a size issue in case of abaya/ dress the product can be exchanged if reported within 24 hours of delivery. Pick up and shipping charges will be applicable in such cases.

Apart from the condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

• Any product that has been sent according to the order in proper condition.

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and used condition.

• Any product that the customer does not like/ find color differences.

Exchange

In any other case if the customer wants to exchange the product, it must be informed within 24 hours of delivery.

pickup and re shipping charges are to be bared by the customer (INR 150+80)

In case of size issue (abaya /dress), pick up and shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
