Shipping Zones: Thread For Your Head currently ships within India only.
Delivery Time: Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we strive to dispatch your items within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders within metro cities are delivered within 3-5 business days, and orders outside metro cities may take 5-7 business days.
Tracking Orders: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor the status of your delivery.
Delivery Partners: We have partnered with trusted courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders.
Shipping Charges: Free Shipping on all prepaid orders. A nominal charge of ₹80 will be added to all the orders.
Undeliverable Addresses: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. In case of undeliverable addresses, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.

Cancellation Policy:

Refund Process: If your order is eligible for cancellation and has been prepaid, we will initiate the refund process within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Cancellation Charges: No cancellation charges will be applied if the cancellation request is made within the stipulated time frame. However, once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Partial Cancellations: We do not entertain partial cancellations. If you wish to cancel only specific items from your order, you will need to cancel the entire order and place a new one.
Refund Timeline: Please note that the time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
