HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We use multiple courier services depending upon the customers location to make sure the parcel reaches as soon as possible. It generally takes 3-7 days for your parcel to get delivered, In case of abayas it can exceed up to 10 days.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
Abayas- We do provide exchange for abaya sizes, in this case the customer has to pay for two ways shipping.
This must be within 24 hours of receiving the products.
Hijabs – We do not have exchange in case of color differences for hijabs, Though we try to insure the color of products are very close to the original but there can be differences due to editing,and screen brightness.
